Does Botox hurt ?

Jackee is an expert with over 30 years injecting experience. We often get clients say "I couldn't feel the botox needle" you may however feel some very minor discomfort in the injection site.

What brands do you use, do you offer Botox ?

Yes we use the Botulinum Toxin type A brand known as Botox.

What does a Botox treatment consist of?

During a Botox treatment you will be injected using a fine needle called the invisible needle, which for most provides a painless procedure. The treatment takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Comprehensive aftercare guidance will be provided during your initial consultation and again after your treatment. This ensures you feel fully informed, supported, and confident in how to care for your skin both immediately after your injections and in the days that follow.

Do you have to pay a prescription fee for Botox?

As Botulinum Toxin is a prescription drug, a prescription is required for Botox®. We will arrange a prescription session for you, for which there is a £25 charge. This fee is deductible from your treatment cost and is already included in the prices shown, so the amount you see is the total you will pay.

How long does Botox take to work?

The effects of Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox®) will begin to appear over the first few days, with full results visible at around 14 days.

A review will be carried out at two weeks posttreatment, and if any adjustment is required, a complimentary topup will be provided. We are committed to ensuring you achieve the results you desire and feel fully supported throughout your treatment journey, which is why—unlike many other providers—any necessary adjustment at review is offered free of charge.

Will you do a free top up?

Jackee is committed to achieving a natural, refreshed appearance rather than an overtreated look. In the rare event that you feel a small adjustment is needed in the same area, this will be assessed at your two week post procedure review. If a topup is clinically appropriate, within the first 2 weeks it will be provided free of charge — a level of care that sets us apart from many other clinics.

How long does Botox last?

We utilise either Botox® or Azzalure® and both typically last 3-6 months. As the effects wear off, the action of the muscle gradually returns. With repeated treatments, wrinkles and lines will appear less severe as the muscles will shrink over time.

We only use only the highest grade products from approved pharmacies, our wrinkle reducing treatments and are carried out by our highly qualified practitioner.

Can I have my treatment straight away?

In the very unlikely event of an allergic reaction, there is no need for concern. Jackee is a registered healthcare professional with the training and experience to recognise and manage adverse reactions safely and effectively.

What areas do you cover?

We are based just outside over Taunton in Somerset. However being only 15 minutes from junctions 25 & 26 we have clients travel from all over the uk in particular Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Bristol & Exeter for treatments.
